President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) was Regent of Garut meneken impeachment Aceng HM Kevin. The dismissal decision had accepted Government Aceng West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan and accepted, Thursday (9/2) night.

As for the letter of dismissal that is attached with the number 131.32/904/Sj about presidential decree of the Regent of Garut, h. Aceng HM, Kevin s. Ag. dated February 21, 2013.
Heryawan said earlier, after the bupati Aceng as positions will be filled by his Deputy Agus Hamdani.
"The Deputy will automatically be Regent but Implementing Daily Tasks status (PLT) Regent. Plt Regent can be later processed by the DPRD to be proposed so Governors, "he said.
